Shipping Policy

Royal Lady ships pan-India through certified courier partners. Here is what you can expect.

1. Coverage

We deliver to over 27,000 Indian pincodes. Enter your pincode on the product or cart page to see the exact estimated delivery date.

2. Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Flat ₹99 standard shipping otherwise.
• Cash on Delivery may attract a small handling fee where applicable.

3. Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Metros receive delivery in 2–4 business days; other cities in 4–7 business days; remote areas in 7–10 business days.

4. Tracking

You will receive an SMS + email with the tracking link when your order is dispatched. Live tracking is also available under Profile → My orders.

5. Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and you cannot be reached over 3 attempts, the order is returned to origin. You may re-schedule or receive a refund minus reverse-logistics fees.
